Very good and delicious food, very friendly staff ... we'd love to come back

One of the few inns where you can (still) smoke. The food was plentiful and we liked it. The service attentive and friendly. Thank you very much!

A very good restaurant in Hornberg. Food is really delicious. Owner was very polite and kind, she also speaks good English so was very helpful as we do not understand German thoroughly. They have a very nice outside seating. We ate there 3 times during our stay in Hornberg and loved it all the 3 times. Remains open till 1 am. I would definitely recommend the place.

I give four stars because I do not like pubs / bistros and would be invited to come there. For me, this place is more like a pub like a bistro. The large room with the bar is the smoking room. There is a small adjoining room for non-smokers. Both rooms are equipped with a television. There is one possible to sit outside on the other side of the street (yes you have to walk across a street). The waitress is happy to take on this job to bring you everything. Friendliness was always there.

-5 stars earned, dirty, food to be handed over, everything ready dishes, stinks !!! If you want to get drunk, this is the place for you!

Rude staff and waited too long to pay I was just thinking about going out and paying nothing so annoyed I was. Never better than the old renovation with the new renovation.

Top inn, top food, only recommended!

From the outside very nice inside, however, you have the feeling to have arrived in a dump. Unloving furnishings that fall apart soon and the food was unfortunately also miserable. The staff is catastrophic. As a smoker pub perhaps suitable but if you want to eat good food absolutely not to be recommended!

Good food, good vibes. The owner even brought us home after we weren’t able to book a taxi. If that isn’t service, then we don’t know what is. Recommend to anyone looking for a real pub experience that makes you feel at home. 10/10

The best place in the whole black forest, we have been able to dine rich and abundant dishes, at a very good price, beers and alcohol in general at a good price, and give dinner late! In addition the lady who attends is a charm, rare avis in Germany. And you have to choose smoking and non-smoking area. We will be back!

Nice pub, food okay, staff friendly, host VfBler so from football no idea.

Cozy, small pub with good music. Unfortunately, it is partly so crowded on the weekend that the few tables are crowded, the people in the small room are close to each other and you have to fight your way through the bathroom if you have to. Is not that great anymore.

Just been to this fantastic place. Very friendly waitress who make sure we understand what we are ordering eventhough we don't speak German. Thick, big schnitzel! Wonderful, the spicy and the mushroom ones r the best value for money we have ordered! Definitely recommend this place.

The Flammkuchen is good the schnitzel was avarage, good prices thought.

Their food always tastes amazing. The drinks, the staff also really nice. What I don't really like is that their menu changes depending on the events, which not for every event they have big varieties of drinks/food.
